	This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity), and CYBERVIEW CORPORATION (“CYBERVIEW”) located at 595 Jackson Park Ln. Suwanee, GA 30024 USA., regarding use of the CYBERVIEW software product identified above which may include media, printed materials, electronic documentation called collectively (“the SOFTWARE”). By installing, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. LICENSE CYBERVIEW CORPORATION grants you non-exclusive, nontransferable, license to use the SOFTWARE provided that you agree to the following: You may: - use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. - use the SOFTWARE on a second computer so long as only one copy is used at a time. - use the SOFTWARE on a network, provided that each workstation / person accessing the SOFTWARE through the network must have a copy licensed to that person / workstation. - copy the SOFTWARE for archival purposes, provided any copy must contain all proprietary notices of the original SOFTWARE. - if the SOFTWARE package contains multiple media sets (floppy disks, CDs ...), then you may use only the media appropriate for your single computer. You may not use the other media on another computer. You may not: - make any changes or modifications to the SOFTWARE or to the accompanying materials, and you may not decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the SOFTWARE. or create derivative works based on the SOFTWARE. - copy the SOFTWARE other than as specified above. - permit concurrent use of the SOFTWARE. - rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the SOFTWARE or accompanying materials (if any) to others. - provide or otherwise make available any Licensed SOFTWARE in any form, to any other person or entity without written approval of CYBERVIEW. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS Use, duplication or disclosure of the SOFTWARE by Government is subjected to restrictions set forth in subdivisions (c)(1) (ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause of DFARS 252.227 7013 (October 1988) and in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 (June 1987) when applicable. USA DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY The SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranty to fitness for any particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the SOFTWARE is with you. CYBERVIEW does not warrants that the function contained in the SOFTWARE will meet your requirements or that the operation of the SOFTWARE will be uninterrupted or error free. CYBERVIEW shall not in any case be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other damages, (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or other losses) arising out of the use of or inability to use this CYBERVIEW product, even if CYBERVIEW or its agent has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS The SOFTWARE and underlying information or technology may not be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported directly or indirectly into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria or any countries that are subject to U.S.A. export restrictions, or to any end user (person or entity) who has been prohibited from participating in the U.S.A. export transactions by any federal agency of the U.S.A. government You further acknowledge that the SOFTWARE may include technical data subject to export and re-export restrictions imposed by U.S.A. law. TERMINATION This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms and the conditions of this license agreement. On termination, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE and Documentation. TITLE and COPYRIGHT Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE remains in CYBERVIEW and/or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE is protected by the United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. GENERAL Any rights not specifically granted in this statement are reserved by CYBERVIEW. This agreement will be governed by the lows of current home state of CYBERVIEW which currently is the State of Georgia, USA This is a legal document which constitutes the entire agreement between the parties: CYBERVIEW and you the end user (either the individual or entity) and supersedes any prior agreement oral or written, relating to the subject of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. This Agreement may only be modified by a written agreement signed by authorized officer of CYBERVIEW. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
